Course Objective Retailing today is at a complex crossroads. On the one hand retail sales are at their highest point at the history. New technologies are improving retail productivity. There are lots of opportunities to start a new retail business and to become a franchisee. Global retailing possibilities abound. On the other hand, retailers face numerous challenges. Retail decision makers can best address challenges by fully understanding and applying the basic principles of retailing in a well structured and systematic retail strategy. This course aims to introduce retail management.
