Course Objective	The aim of the lecture is to teach the administrationand the rules of law that arrange the administration to the students of public administration department. .
Course Content	Administration concept, definition resources and historical development of administrative law. Administrative Organization of Turkey, administrative operations, administrative contracts, public service, public servants, public properties, responsibility of administration, administrative judgement.
Prerequisites	No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite	No the corequisite of lesson.
