Course Objective	The purpose of the lesson is introducing the basic concepts and principles of industrial and organizational psychology and teaching the processes and factors that affect the behavior of individuals and human relations.
Course Content	Definition of Industrial and organizational psychology, method in industrial and organizational psychology, The relationship between work and individual, Socialization at work, Career, Motivation, Job satisfaction, person-organization fit, organizational climate, Anomie, Monotony, Exhaustion, Stress.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES

1	Students define basic concepts of industrial and organizational psychology.
2	Students explain the meaning of work for an individual.
3	Students identify motivation and related outcomes.
4	Students identify organizational and individual behavioral issues with industrial and organizational psychology concepts.
5	Students explain the individual development, moral cognitive development and becoming more effective person from the point of functions, outcomes and importance.
6	Students identify more humanitarian approaches for the problems of work life.
