Course Objective	According to unions law to examine in terms of trade union and employer’s union foundation, treatment, activities and fredooms.
Course Content	Concept and Elements of Union According to the Actual Laws, Union Freedoms and Their Protection, Establishment and Mechanism of Unions, Union Membership, Run out of Union Membership, Rights, Obligations and Reassurances of Union Membership, Legal Activities of Unions, Incomes and Expenses of Unions, Audit of Unions and to Expire the Incorporated Personality of Unions.
Prerequisites	No the prerequisite of lesson.
