Course Objective to examine the related regulations, doctrine the and judgments by examining the current issues of the individual labour law,
Course Content basic concepts of individual labour law, transfer of a workpplace, the principle of equal treatment, termination with notice period, valid cause, the lawsuit of reinstatement and its procedure, just cause, change in working conditions, just cause, mass termination, the obligation to employ disabled, ex-convict and terror-stricken, the wage and its types, work and rest hours, the protection of female, child and adolescent emplyoees.
