Course Objective The aim of this course is to provide students with the tools and skills needed to become more professional and successful in managing the planning and implementation of projects.
Course Content What is project? Project cycle management, problem and goal analysis, strategy analysis, stakeholder analysis, activity and time planning, logical framework matrix, the aim, risks, assumptions of the project and expectations from the project, success indicators and sources of verification of the project, resource planning, sustainability of the project, logical framework matrix application.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
