Course Objective This course is about understanding and improving the decision making processes of individuals and managers. Understanding decision making involves examining how decision makers think about difficult problems and characterizing the limitations of human decision making ability. The objective of this course is to help students to improve their decision-making skills and to become a better decision maker.
