Course Objective Society and social relations are taken in a scientific frame and aimed that make the students evaluate the society from this angle. .
Course Content The aim of this course is to teach the students, the general laws, tendencies of the society which they are members of it and reason-result connection between social phenomenons.

1Refers the emergence of sociology, its subject and its aim. He lists science, the aims and criterias of science.
2Lists founders of sociology
3Distinguish social system, identity, socialization, role, status, groups, masses, categories, community and governmental issues. Determines the relationship between culture and society.
4Recognizes and identifies the impact of these institutions over individuals, social institutions.
5Analyze the concepts of social stratification and social class associating with each other.
