Course Objective The aim of this course is to present the administrative changes in public administration from both theoretical and conceptual perspectives. ın addtion to that, this lecture also has an aim to provide the students with behavioral backgrounds and transformation of public administrator with its changing nature from administrator to being a negotiator and communicator.
Course Content The content of the lecture includes behavioral bases of public administration discipline, its differentiations from structural/organizational bases, NGOs, psychological bases, public relations, negotioation techniques, administrator-shareholder communication, micro-based perspectives, person-group relational dynamics, experiences and its effects on public administrator.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.

2Student is about to have behavioral public administration abilities and is expected to comment on this concept.

5students are about to have a comparative perspective on how countries differ and resemble with regard to behavioral PA.
