Course Objective The aim of the course is to form a teheoretical and practical base where we raise some discussions about e-government practices in our daily lives with different perspectives of e-government.
Course Content We, firstly, give some basic concepts with regard to e-government conceptualization as ICTs and public administration, information collection and diffusion, interactions over online spheres, etc. We all experience that ICTs in form of e-government practices have informative and transformative effects over government, citizens and their everyday practices. thus it is of utmost importance to analyse the causes and results of this change from many dimensions including social, political and administrative ones.
