Course Objective	The subjects of the course of Turkish Constitutional Order is the Turkish Constitutional Law. The basic target of the course is provide the students with the constitutional structure of Republic of Turkey. The gravity point of the course is based on the 1982 Constitution of Turkey. It is also aimed to give and discuss the daily materials occurring related to the constitutional structure.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES

1	The student is able to define the basic concepts of constitutional law
2	The student is able to explain the concept of constitution both with its historical and systematic context
3	The student is able to contribute to a discussion of the doctrine of separation of powers.

5	The student is able to contribute to a discussion of the Turkish constitutional system, particularly the Turkish Constitution of 1982.
