Course Objective The aim of this course is to provide the students with a conceptual and theoretical background upon which students are supposed to behave in accordance with the changing administration paradigms. The changing paradigm of public administration urges public administrators to develop their communicative and negatiotiative skills to align with all the shareholders.
Course Content The content of this elective course includes new paradigms in public administration discipline. The changing paradigms of the PA discipline requires to feed the public administrators with novel communicative and negotiative skills. ın addtion to that, students are supposed to have new leadership abilities, new perspectives towards governance and intersectoral collaborations, PSM, chaos and complexity, and public values.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
2Students are about to have a notion on novel paradigms in PA discipline and to have abilities to internalize them.
3Students are about to have novel paradigms in PA discipline, its derivatives, relations among them and should be ready to analyze them.
4Students are supposed to know differentiations among instituttions, and expected to compare various developments with regard to novel PA methods.
5Students are about to evaluate current issues in PA, analyze them and respond to them via a swift manner using communicative and negotiative abilities.
