Course Objective The aim of the lesson is examining the general aspect of the obligation relations in private law which are encountered in almost every field of daily life.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Understands legal relationships in law of obligations, why law of obligations is an important branch of law and sources of law of obligations.
2Defines the concepts of obligation, obligation relation, the elements of obligation relation, sources of obligation and liability.
3Understands legal causes of the obligation.
4Understands the conditions of expiration of obligations and causes for expiring obligation relation.
