COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES

1	Understands legal relationships in law of obligations, why law of obligations is an important branch of law and sources of law of obligations.
2	Defines the concepts of obligation, obligation relation, the elements of obligation relation, sources of obligation and liability.
3	Understands legal causes of the obligation.
4	Understands the conditions of expiration of obligations and causes for expiring obligation relation.
