Course Objective Within the scope of this course, it is aimed to investigate the effects of fiscal instruments on sustainable environmental policies and to discuss the measures against environmental pollution, which is one of the global threats.
Course Content The Concept of Sustainable Environment and Historical Development, Environmental Pollution, Types of Environmental Pollution, Measurement of Environmental Pollution, Indicators of Environmental Pollution, Sustainable Environment as a Global Public Good, Environmental Pollution in Terms of Externality, Definition of Fiscal Instruments, Effects of Fiscal Instruments on Environmental Pollution

5Analyzes the effects of financial instruments, especially tax and expenditure, on environmental pollution.
