Course Objective To define Treasury understanding and its Development, information related to treasury functions and sources, evaluations on Central Banking and Treasury-Central Bank relations, risk management, information about debt Office. Beside these all teaching basic information about markets that forms financial system and the instruments that are used in these markets.
Course Content The concept of Treasury and its historical development, Functions and tasks of the Treasury, Budget and treasury transactions, Treasury borrowing, The relationship between the financial system and the Treasury, Location of the Treasury within the economic structure, Economic effects of treasury transactions, Risks and risk management in public debt management, Legal and structural developments in public debt management, Treasury cash management, Treasury receivables management, Public external debt management, Reporting in public debt management
