Course Content Public Revenue and Debt, Debt-Taxation Relation, Reasons, Instruments and Economic Effects of Debt, Mandatory Borrowing, Optional Borrowing, Short-Term Borrowing, Long-Term Borrowing, Internal Borrowing, Foreign Indebtment .
