Course Objective The goal of this course is to explain and reveal the importance and the reasons of international trade and to give information about international trade theories and policies.
Course Content The reasons of international trade, absolute and comparative advantages, Heckscher-Ohlin Theorem, foreign trade theory, protectionism, tariffs and nontariff trade barriers, globalization, economic integrations: customs unions and free trade zones, EU and EU-Turkey economic relations, Other Economic Integrations (Except European Union)
