1	Reviews, compares, and evaluates the theoretical foundations of urbanization and urban theories.
2	Explains the reasons and historical conditions of urbanization in Turkey and around the World.
3	Learns and discuss the theories, process, and legal foundations of urban planning.
4	Queries the basic features of the housing problem
5	Recognizes the fundamental characteristics of the problem of landing and formulates the activities developed for the solution of this problem.
