Course Objective	With the Music Therapy course, it is aimed to examine the findings related to music practices in treatment within the historical development and to gain an idea about music therapy applications by examining the music therapy application methods that are increasingly important today.
Course Content	Human feelings and music. The effects of music. Music therapy in the ancient period. Music therapy in Asklepieion. Music therapy in the Christianity period. Music therapy from the Renaissance to the 20th century. Music in the treatment in the Turkish. Music therapy centers in Turkish-İslam civilizations. Music-therapy and methodology. Examination of music therapy applications in various diseases. Choosing the appropriate music in the music therapy.
