Course Objective The general aim of the course is to develop students’ listening skills such as taking notes, predicting, reaching specific and detailed information, concluding meaning from context, and understanding the content.
Course Content Listening skills such as taking notes, predicting, reaching specific and detailed information, concluding meaning from context, understanding the essence of content; phonetics; focusing on original listening materials that include different English accents from a variety of fields such as interviews, films, songs, conferences, television programs and news broadcasts.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Students make some preparation for the listening activity by activating their background knowledge on the topic.
