Course Objective The aim of this lesson is to support to be constructed conceptual foundations of the topics in learning areas of numbers and algebra, to be related the concepts with each other, to be formed different representations and to be understood conversions among these representations.
Course Content Natural numbers, operations with natural numbers, fractions, operations with fractions, decimals, percentages, factors and multipliers sets, integers, operations with integers, rational numbers, operations with rational numbers, ratios, ratio and proportion, exponential expressions, square-root expressions, algebraic expressions, equations, linear equations, algebraic expressions and identities, inequalities.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.
Mode of Delivery Face to Face

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Students will explain the properties of different sets of numbers and the operations on these sets.
2Students will know representations of numbers and the conversions among these representations.
3Students will mathematically explain multiplicative comparision of two quantities.
4Students will reason additively and multiplicatively.
5Students will notice that mathematics can help to solve the problems by using the algebraic expressions.
6Students will explain the linear equations in algebraic, graphical and verbal ways.
7Students will use from algebra and equations to model real-world situtations.
8Students will demonstrate positive attitude towards mathematics.
