Course Objective It aims to understand the nature of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics disciplines, to provide an interdisciplinary approach to integrate STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) into the curriculum and to develop STEM integration activities.
Course Content This course provides an approach for the integration of STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics discipline) into teaching practices in all disciplines. The course contributes to problem-based and project-based learning activities , learning about inquiry in order to gain and present the knowledge while using technology. Students will design to develop their own STEM teaching units. Teaching this course will model how STEM teaching and learning occur in the classrooms.
