Course Objective To learn the definition and application areas of analytical chemistry. Understanding the basic concepts of analytical chemistry. Defining qualitative and quantitative analysis. To be able to identify the substances in the structure of a given sample. To be able to determine the amounts of substances in a given sample. Learning classical analysis and instrumental analysis methods used in analytical chemistry
Course Content Analytical chemistry (qualitative-quantitative analysis methods, gravimetric analysis methods, titrimetric analysis methods; volumetric analysis and calculation methods, instrumental analysis methods)

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1To learn the necessary definitions of Analytical Chemistry.
2To interpret chemical data, explains data graphically and draws meaningful conclusions based on chemical data.
3To explain qualitative and quantitative analysis methods
4To interpret the properties of solutions, explains the concepts of solvents, solutes and solubility, calculates solution concentrations.
5To explain quantitative analysis techniques, calculates gravimetric analysis, titrimetric analysis, non-aqueous media titrations, complexometric analysis methods.
6To understand the basic principles of instrumental analysis methods and explain their usage areas.
7To learn by comparing classical and instrumental analysis methods.
