Course Objective At Pamukkale University, the elective foreign language Japanese course for undergraduate and associate degree students will be conducted at the "A2" level in line with the criteria determined by the Japan Foundation. It is a continuation of Japanese I and Japanese II courses.
Course Content This course aims to improve students' basic level of communication, reading, writing and comprehension skills in Japanese language with present tense, past and past tense structures, active and passive sentence constructions, use of suffixes.

1Students distinguish times and appearances in the target language
2Students distinguish present tense and state aspect structures
3Students distinguish between unfinished time and impermanence appearance structures
4Students distinguish past tense and finished appearance structures

6Students know positive-negative-question sentence structures
7Students perform syntactic bindings using suffixes
8Students can read and write 280 kanji including basic kanji and their variants
