Course Objective To examine education systems of different countries in terms of various components; to compare education systems of different countries with eachother and with Turkey; to comparatively examine the educational problems in different countries
Course Content Definition of comparative education and its relation to other educational disciplines; historical phases of comparative education; basic problems and issues in comparative education; comparative education studies in Turkey; examples from various educational systems
