COURSE DESCRIPTION

Course Objective The aim of this course is to enable social studies pre-service teachers to get acquainted with the creative drama method, to recognize the positive effects and the constraints of the use of this method in education, and to develop their planning and applying skills of creative drama method in the social studies or related field course.
Course Content Basic concepts of creative drama, basic stages and dimensions of creative drama, history of creative drama, techniques used in creative drama, relationship of creative drama with other arts, preparation of creative drama lesson plan, museum pedagogy and creative drama relationship, process drama
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.
