Course Objective The aim of this course is; the comprehension of the criteria to be observed in the arrangement and selection of primary school textbooks and the evaluation of the books used in schools within these criteria.
Course Content Teacher candidates can understand the principles to be used in the selection and arrangement of course books in primary school; examine the textbooks used in practice in terms of curriculum; to be able to examine the theories, approaches, philosophies and programs adopted in the curriculum in terms of the points (purpose, content, teaching-learning process, evaluation) and to examine the textbooks in terms of the criteria (scientific language, content and physical characteristics)
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.
