COURSE DESCRIPTION

Course Objective The aim of this course is to have knowledge about what the creative drama is, related concepts, history of creative drama, the elements forming it, stages of creative drama, procedural drama, techniques, implementation of creative drama in primary schools, preparation of plan in accordance with the stages of creative drama, implementation of it in each course (Turkish, science of life, mathematics, etc.), measurement and evaluation studies.
Course Content The basic concepts of creative drama, the features of creative drama in primary school, its aims, the basic elements of creative drama, the stages of creative drama, the components of dramatic fiction, psychodrama, Socio-drama, creative drama techniques, procedural drama, theatre-drama relationship, measurement and evaluation in creative drama in primary school, the development of creative drama and the pioneers, the development of creative drama in Turkey and pioneers, knowledge related to constructing process of creative drama studies in primary school.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.
