Course Objective The aim of this course is to enable the students to acquire a critical understanding of Shakespeare’s dramatic art, literary creativity and significance, and also to form some idea about the life and society of his time. Thus, to develop the students’ skill for criticism and argumentation is the essential aim. It includes his tragedies, comedies.
