Course Objective	Architecture of the Hellenistic period and to have an idea of their historical connections. To have a general idea about the development activities of the Roman Imperial period. Augustan period to know the structures and their properties. Augustan era architecture dating to recognize and make decorations.
Course Content	The buildings related to Roman Empire Era and in accordance with them the definition of the architectural elements and architectural characteristics of them will.

1	To know the transitional period from Hellenistic to Roan period and its historical events.
2	To have a basic knowledge about construction activities in Roman Empire.
3	To know the buildings of Augustus period and its characteristics.
4	To be able to recognize and date the architectural ornaments of Augustus Period.
5	To know the main characteristics of Roman buildings.
6	To know the main characteristics of Roman architectural ornaments.
7	To be able to make comments about architectural ornaments of Roman period.
8	To be able to make evaluations about construction activities of Roman emperors.
