Course Objective The importance of climatology in terms of geography and its relationship to other issues in our lives and to understand the importance of atmospheric events
Course Content Climate and human relation, Differences between meteorology and climatology, observation techniques and evaluation methods; The effects of the atmospheric gases on climate events; Temperature distribution depending on energy transfer and the factors affecting it; Interpretation of the results of pressure strains which are direct effects on wind formation, horizontal and vertical pressure changes and interpretation of results, creation of precipitation and interaction of atmosphere, temperature and winds which play a role in the formation of precipitation, analysis of weather conditions and geographical factors affecting climate elements that determine this. climate seen in Turkey, the general characteristics and distribution of climatic elements
