Course Objective The aim of this course is to give detailed investigation on the main tools consistently used in characteristic and minimal polynomials associated to matrices and operators with rational and Jordan Canonical form of matrices.
Course Content Determinants, Eigenvalues and Eigenvectors, Canonical Forms, Linear Functionals and Dual Spaces, Bilinear, Quadratic and Hermitian Forms, Inner Product Spaces.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.

1Learns determinants and uses on matrices.
2Learns how to find the eigevalues and eigenvectors.
3Identifies the canonical forms.
4Learns the linear functionals and dual spaces.

6Learns inner product spaces and connections with normed spaces.
