Course Objective The main goal of this course is the understanding of the fundamental molecular, cellular organizations and processes of the cell.
Course Content The molecules and the structure of the cell, cytoplasm and nucleus, Basic genetic mechanisms, Cytoskeleton and cell motility, The cell junctions and extracellular matrix, Lipid and protein biogenesis, and intracellular traffickings, Cell-cell signalling, Transport across cell membranes , Cell cycle and cancer , Energy conversion.
