Course Objective This course is designed for enterance of the instrumental analysis of biological samples. At the end of this course, students have good backround to work with industry and the biomedical fields
Course Content In this course, Spectroscopy (Atomic Emission and Absorption Spectrophotometer), Differential and Density Gradient Centrifugation, Chromatography (Gel Filtration, Ion Exchange, Adsorption, Affinity Chromatography, Gas and Liquid Chromatography, Mass Spectrophotometer), Capillary Electrophoresis, Electrophoresis and Isoelectric Focusing; immunoblotting; Radiochemistry, Techniques in Describing Biological (immunological, enzymatic or receptor-based) and Electroanalytical Methods (potentiometer) Theoretical and practical aspects of techniques used, such as mentions.
