COURSE DESCRIPTION

Course Objective To provide information about principle of taxonomi, biology and classificaiton of protista and invertebrate and to design fundamental structure on classification of these groups.
Course Content Basic concept and principlerelated to systematic and taxonomy, used basic properties on classification of animals, Mastigophora, Sarcodina, Sporozoa, Ciliata, Mesozoa, Parazoa, Coelemata, Plathelminthes, Nemertini, Rotatoria, Nematoda, Kamptozoa, Mollusca, Molluscoidea, Pogonophora, Echinodermata and Metazoa.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Will be able to define systematic and taxonomy with basic concept and principle.
2Will be able to define taxonomical system.
3Will be able to explain used basic properties on classification of animals.
4Will be able to define binominal nomenclature rule.
5Will be able to apply binominal nomenclature rule.
6Will be able to classify as identify general characters of Mastigophora and Sarcodina species.
7Will be able to classify as identify general characters of Sporozoa and Ciliata species.
8Will be able to classify as identify general characters of Mesozoa and Parazoa.
9Will be able to classify as identify general characters of Coelemata, Plathelminthes and Nemertini species.
10Will be able to classify as identify general characters of Rotatoria, Nematoda and Kamptozoa species.
11Will be able to classify as identify general characters of Annelida and Echiuroidea species.
12Will be able to classify as identify general characters of Mollusca species.
13Will be able to classify as identify general characters of Molluscoidea and Pogonophora species.
