Course Objective In this laboratory, the main objectives are to provide the student with practical knowledge of separation and purification methods, pre-experimentation and solubility and functional group testing.
Course Content Separation and purification methods, Separation of mixtures, Purification of a sample and determination of its physical constants, Pre-experimentation and its application, Solubility tests, Functional group testing, Preparation of derivatives.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Will be able to gain clarification ability of structure of a material synthesized in the laboratory using the chemical methods
2Will be able to gain clarification ability of structure of a material synthesized in the laboratory using the spectoscopic methods
3Will be able to gain ability the separation and purification of the mixture of organic materials
4Will be able to use necessary modern techniques and equipment
5Will be able to gain ability to analyze contents of synthesized molecules
6Will be able to develop scientific sense with learning of use of spectroscopic devices
7Will be able to understand laboratory analysis methods used in the industry
8Will be able to provides ability and develop self-confidence by the student making experiments self-test.
