Course Objective To give information systematic and comprehensive knowledge about Crystal Systems, Synthesis and Characterization of Crystalline Solids, to develop students' ability to think about the basic concepts of solid state chemistry
Course Content Crystal solids, amorphous solids, symmetry in crystals, characterization of solids, X-Rays, Thermal Analysis Methods, Methods of synthesis of Solid-State Materials, Methods of High-Temperature Ceramics, semiconductors, Preparation of Semiconductors.
