Course Objective Following a basic introduction to chromatography, information about some of the different types will be given.
Course Content Introduction to chromatography, Linear (thin layer, paper) chromatography, Introduction to column chromatography, Gas chromatography (GC), GC-MS, High pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC), Supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC), Electrophoresis and electrochromatography .
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.

1Will be able to describe the basic principles of liquid chromotography
2Will be able to determine the differences between the liquid chromotography methods, and determine different practices

5Will be able to describe the basic principles of Subcritic fluid Chromotography, electrophores and electromatography
6Will be able to presuppose the problems during the process
