Course Objective To inform student about spectroscopy, spectroscopic methods, devices and applications.
Course Content Introduction to instrumental analysis, Introduction to spectroscopic instruments, Properties of light and influence on substances, Introduction to atomic absorption spectroscopy, Molecular UV-Visible absorption spectroscopy, Molecular fluorescence and phosphorescence spectroscopy, Infrared absorption spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, Electron spin resonance spectroscopy, Mass spectroscopy.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Will be able to understands the basic principles and concepts of atomic and molecular spectroscopy techniques.
2Will be able to recognizes the important features of the basic pieces of equipment, learn the principle of the device and the methodology of implementation
3Will be able to gains evaluation of data obtained with the help of statistics and math
4Will be able to compare terms techniques and methods learned from each other, accuracy, sensitivity, precision and selectivity, in particular the cheapness, speed and so on.
