Course Objective The aim of this course is to provide an understanding of materials and methods in modern X-ray physics and to explain the types of stimulation of matter.
Course Content X-Rays and Its Properties, X-Ray Sources, X-Ray Detectors, X-Ray Interaction with Matter, X-Ray Interaction with Matter, Stimulation of Matter with Charged Particles, Stimulation of Matter with Uncharged Particles, Diffraction with X-Rays, Crystal Structures, Powder Crystal Structure Determination by X-Ray Diffraction, Single Crystal Structure Determination by X-Ray Diffraction.
