Course Objective Historical origins of democracy in the Republic and Democracy, the concept of democracy and infrastructure emphatically; democracy in Turkey's historical development and current issues to examine, in this framework, the Constitutional Monarchy and the Republic until today in the process, political parties emergence, goals and features to stand on, issues of democracy in Turkey, the causes of military intervention, democracy in the front of the blocks, needs to be done for grassroots democracy to discuss .
Course Content Turkish modern growth, the new movement, the transition to sovereignty of the republic, the Turkish social structure, political traditions, single-party period, the process of transition to multi-party life, political parties, democratic institutions, civil society .
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
