Course Objective To apply statistical methods to solve the problems using geographical data.
Course Content Statistical approaches; the importance of the use of statistics, statistical data creation, calculation of probability and validity of available data; Statistical sample and sampling techniques, sample size and forecasts; Comparison methods; analysis of variance, two or more parameters such as the student T test to test methods; Relationship and trend analysis; correlation (relevant, I), regression analyzes and variations; Arithmetic mean, median, mode, geometric mean, standard deviation calculations; All topics of computer software (SPSS, Excel), shall be processed in the form of its use.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
