Course Objective In this course, the concept of land use, land characteristics, qualities, and it will focus on the components and then the basic principle of land-use planning and strategies will be discussed.
Course Content Spatial mapping and analysis of the relationship between socio-economic activities and the natural environment. Identifying the problems arising from land use, mapping of use patterns, ownership, legal regulations, zoning and local regulations, habitat conservation planning and application examples.
