Course Objective The aim of course is showing Renaissance, Mannerism, Baroque art and architecture.
Course Content The works of art will be considered in westren art as a christian art, from the beggining of Christianty. Will be given information about the works and artists of European Art in the period 15th and 16th century covering the Renaissance and Manierism styles.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Will be able to recognize the sources and main character of western art.
2Will be able to give information about the main elements of Gothic art and explains gothic architecture with examples.
3Will be able to recognize the main features of Gothic sculpture and explains the features of Gothic paintings.
4Will be able to compare these Works of arts in itself.
5Will be able to explain the features of Renaissance Art.
6Will be able to define the planning features of Renaissance architecture, gives information about Renaissance paintings in detail and recognizes the examples og renaissance sculpture.
