Course Objective	The aim of course is examining the development stages and change in Republican architecture.
Course Content	Will be focus on the stages of architecture from the present up to the Republican era, domestic and foreign architects, planning and the examples set out on this issues.
Prerequisites	No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite	No the corequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES

1	Will be able to understand the architectural enviroment of Republican architecture.
2	Will be able to have information about the First and Second National Architecture Periods and the contemporary architectural works.
3	Will be able to have information about the important architects such as Mimar Kemaleddin, Vedat Tek and Mimar Muzaffer, their works and styles.
4	Will be able to have information about the contemporary European architects under the service of Turkish Republic, their works and the cultural enviroment.
5	Will be able to define and date the building of Republican period.
6	Will be able to know and evaluate thearchitectural styles of Rebuplican period.
