Course Objective The aim of course is showing appearance and contents of mythology.
Course Content After examining the birth of mythology and the contents of iconography, under Ancient Greek Mythology; creation of the universe, names of Gods, their signs and position, dead, mythological heros and legends in Turkish mythology are recognized.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Will be able to describe texts, whether it is mythological.
2Will be able to give information about how myths perceived over time.
3Will be able to explain the differences between myth and fairy tale with samples.
4Will be able to stress attractiveness of primitive mythologies.
5Will be able to make different definitions of myth.
6Will be able to examine the status of myths in current life by learning the structure and function of myths.
7Will be able to explain how a myth has become belief.
8Will be able to compare the properties of different mythological narratives.
9Will be able to interrelate between primitive mythical phenomenons and moderns.
10Will be able to discuss how to mythical phenomenons mass by media spreads.
