Course Objective The aim of the course is to define that the Roman sculpture and portrait art. The objectives of this course is to apprehend that the sculpture of Roma Republic and imperial period and to analyze that the sculpture workshops in the Roman period.
Course Content The portrait art will be examined are by one by porting the art eras in Roman Empire Era which started with the August Era to families.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.

1To be able to define Roman sculpture with general traits.
2To be able to examine portrait art in Roman sculpture
3To be able to explain historical reliefs in Roman sculpture
4To be able to explain the importance of architectural reliefs.
5To be able to understand portrait and sculpture art in Roman republic
6To be able to explain the sculpture of Roman Empire
7To be able to recognize local sculptures and workshops in Roman period.
