Course Objective To inform students about the art of handicraft in Turkey and other countries, which is an important branch of Byzantine art and to create awareness
Course Content It is aimed to examine examples of handicraft of the Byzantine Period (sculpture, coin, missorium, glass, enamel etc.). In this context, the effect of religious, cultural and political environment on art, the contribution of environmental cultures to style changes will be examined.
