COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1To recognize Roman buildings and to know their features.
2To be able to make evaluations about funerary architecture and burial habits of Roman period
3To know the architectural orders of Roman period and their characteristics.
4To have an idea about Roman water systems and their constructions.
5To be able to determine the relations between a Roman urban pattern and the buildings.
6To have a basic knowledge about the changes in Roman period in different centuries.
7To know the features of Late Roman buildings and different architectural applications.
8To be able to differentiate Roman and Byzantine buildings.
9To be able to date Roman buildings by their architectural ornaments.
