Course Content Constitutional law the basic concepts of the 18th century constitutionalist movement by the Constitution, limited government, fundamental rights and constitutional jurisdiction, state forms and systems of government, the Ottoman state experienced in the constitutional development and modern Turkey's establishment, the 1921 Constitution, the 1924 Constitution, the 1961 Constitution, 1982 Constitution.
